Weekly Activities/ Day 6/ Bonus Activity/ Week 2

Bonus Activity
Translate the following five basic travel phrases into Spanish, German, Malaysian, Japanese, Arabic or Afrikaans. Use the Google Translate website to do the translations.

Type the English phrase into the box on the left. Choose the language that you want it translated into on the right and then click the blue ‘Translate’ button. It will translate the English word or phrase into another language. Pretty cool ‘eh?!

    1. Hi Von! I agree with Daniel. I can see that you have not only translated them once but you've also included a phonetic version so that we know how to pronounce them as well.

      If you want to hear these phrases spoken by a Spanish speaker you can always use a special website called 'Forvo' (https://forvo.com/). You simply type the word or phrase that you want to learn how to say into the search bar and a voice will read out the phrase in perfect Spanish.

      It's really handy! Feel free to give it a try.
